When your lending contract reaches its completion date, your total balance — including your initial capital and earned interest — becomes available in your Bitconnect account.
Although lending values are displayed in USD for transparency and tracking purposes, all transactions within the platform are processed using Bitconnect Coin (BCC).
Payments Are Made in BCC
At the end of your lending term, your funds are returned in BCC directly to your Bitconnect wallet. This includes:
- Your original lending amount
- Accumulated daily interest
- Any applicable bonuses
The USD value shown during the lending period is used only as a reference to help you understand the market value of your investment.
Converting Your Funds
Once your BCC is returned to your wallet, you can choose how to manage your assets:
- Exchange BCC to BTC within the platform
- Transfer your BTC to an external wallet
- Convert to fiat currency using external exchanges
This flexible process allows you to control when and how you exit your position based on current market conditions.
Why BCC Is Used for Payments
Bitconnect operates with its own digital currency to ensure fast processing and seamless internal transactions. Using BCC allows the platform to maintain efficiency while giving users the ability to trade or withdraw funds at any time.
Full Control After Contract Completion
After your contract ends, you are not locked into any further actions. You can:
- Reinvest your balance into a new lending contract
- Trade BCC on the exchange
- Withdraw your funds
All decisions remain entirely under your control.
